I have been a supervisor of arts programs for public schools for 20+ years and at my current position for 15 years. We recently purchased a new Baldwin BP178 (5'10") grand piano from Frank and Camille's in Melville for our choir rehearsal room at Northport High School. We found the folks at Frank and Camille's to be friendly, professional, and caring. They were all about what our specific needs (utility). What were we going to use our piano for? What kind of tone were we looking for? What is the size of our rehearsal space? And finally, what was our budget range (in an effort to find us the best fit)?

The folks at Frank and Camille's assisted us based on what we were looking for and helped us find a beautiful new instrument for our high school, the Baldwin BP178, which will assist us in teaching our kids for decades. We absolutely love our piano and love Frank and Camille's!

A few weeks ago, I visited your showroom in Melville. When there, we met Christopher Patti. He welcomed us warmly. He introduced himself to my son Adam, who is six years old and will be performing his first solo in the NYSSMA solo festival this coming Tuesday. We were looking for a piano for him; something he could grow into. Chris showed us a variety of options and didn't give the slightest hint of impatience as my son tried out the different models. Chris even gave us some privacy as my son was a bit shy to play in front of him. Eventually, my son settled down behind the Kawai CN25. This was the one that he really liked. Christopher was very knowledgeable about all of the models and was able to answer all of our questions. He pointed out the features, especially the action and the sound of the CN25 that would make it ideal for Adam.

After we left your store, we continued shopping around. There was no other store and no other salesman that showed us the attention and professionalism that Chris showed to us. Adam kept asking me when we were going back to "Frank & Camilles." Yours was the only store he remembered the name of, it made that much of an impression on him. We just went back there last weekend and purchased the CN25. It just arrived today and we are really impressed with it. The sound is so much better than I remembered now that it is in a much smaller room. We are completely satisfied with this instrument. We are grateful for the time and attention that Chris spent making sure we got the perfect instrument to match our needs. Our expectations were exceeded in every way. If there is ever any need in the future of upgrading to an acoustic piano, there is no doubt I will be looking to business with your establishment again.
